Sometimes it's a just a simple copier repair

Many times we will get a call and be asked, "can you fix this?"  The short answer is usually "yes".  The vast majority of the time its usually a fixable item we can take care of it.  Most items on the brands from Konica Minolta, Kyocera, Sharp, Ricoh, and Savin are replacable and usually we can get parts in short time to get the copier back and running.

One of the reasons we will be called in to look at a copier is copy/print quality on the paper.  Usually it's an unwanted line, some streaking on the page, or some colors are off.  Sometimes we will get calls that the paper is jamming in the copier. We are experience at diagnosing these issues and recommending remedies to solve them.  Sometimes it's as simply as replacing a feed roller and the copier is fixed!  Most of these issues are fixable and the bill is a fraction of purchasing a new copier.
